IT Service Desk Specialist (L1/L2) (m/w/o) - 100%

Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents & requests
- Analyze system logs
- Provide extensive ticket documentation
- Create and maintain IT service documentation (instructions manuals, FAQs, etc.)
Your profile
- Advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop OS
- Good knowledge of Windows Server OS
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage)
- Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-organization and time management skills
