To strengthen our Electromechanical Department in Vilnius, we are looking for an Electromechanical Project Manager (f/m/d) 80–100%.

Your responsibilities

• Manage electromechanical projects through all phases: from design and planning to implementation and commissioning, while ensuring control of deadlines, costs and quality

• Coordinate the development of technical concepts and tender documents, including specifications

• Lead the technical execution of projects and monitor contractors through to final commissioning on site

• Support and advise clients throughouts all project phases

• Contribute to major large-scale projects across a variety of sectors such as highways, transport, energy and related infrastructures

• Develop and maintain commercial relationships with industrial and institutional stakeholders in German-speaking Switzerland, identify new business opportunities and promote our services to potential clients

• Actively contribute to the growth of the department in collaboration with our internal teams and local partners

Your profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electromechanics or an equivalent qualification

• At least 10 years of experience, ideally including several years in infrastructure projects (energy, lighting, signalling, monitoring systems, communications, cabling, grounding, etc.)

• Strong expertise in power distribution and/or automation design; medium-voltage knowledge is an asset

• Excellent command of French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both commercial and technical contexts; German is an asset

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to work independently, handle stress and manage several projects at once

• Good command of Microsoft Office and project management softwares such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
